Mark works one-to-one with technology professionals on the communication behind interviews, career moves and leadership. His background is in IT project management and business analysis, so the coaching is grounded in how tech teams actually work.

Before you book.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. The intro call is free and there’s no obligation. It’s a chance to talk through your goal, check the fit and agree on a plan.
How do sessions work?
One-to-one sessions of about an hour, online via Google Meet. The booking calendar shows available times in your own time zone.
What English level do I need?
Communication coaching works from intermediate (B1) level upward. Interview and leadership coaching need confident professional English (B2 or above).
I’m not sure which service I need.
That’s what the intro call is for. Many clients start with one urgent goal — an interview or a presentation — and continue with communication or leadership work later.
Can my employer pay for coaching?
Yes. Receipts and invoices are available on request for employer reimbursement. Companies can also book structured corporate programs.
