C1–C2

Executive communication

Your English is already strong. The work is authority, concision and persuasion: leading with the point, disagreeing diplomatically, handling pushback, and speaking to senior stakeholders without over-explaining.

What changes

Small changes in wording. A big change in how you’re heard.

Language work happens inside real professional scenarios. A few of the patterns we practice:

Less effectiveMore professional
“I think maybe we could potentially consider changing the approach.”“I recommend changing the approach.”
“Sorry, maybe I didn’t explain this correctly.”“Let me clarify the point.”
“This won’t work.”“I don’t think this approach will work given the current constraints.”
“I just wanted to ask if you maybe had some time to look at this.”“Have you had a chance to review this?”
“I’m not sure, but I think the deadline might be difficult.”“I don’t think we can meet the deadline with the current scope.”
“That’s impossible.”“That isn’t feasible under the current constraints.”
How a session works

Bring a real work situation. Leave able to handle it.

A presentation, an email thread, an upcoming meeting or a conversation you keep avoiding gives each session its focus.

  1. Technique

One communication pattern or language structure, clearly explained.

  2. Examples

What strong and weak versions sound like — and why.

  3. Role-play

A realistic simulation of your interview, meeting or conversation.

  4. Feedback

    Specific, targeted and immediately usable.

  5. Second attempt

Repeat the scenario using the corrections. This is where change happens.

  6. Action point

One thing to use at work before the next session.

Between sessions

A practice system, not just a weekly lesson.

Progress comes from what happens between sessions too. Everything is set up in the first weeks and adjusted as you go.

  • A personal learning plan, reviewed and adjusted every month
  • A shared folder with your vocabulary, phrases and resources
  • Spaced-repetition flashcards and real-speech examples for new vocabulary
  • Short daily practice for grammar and pronunciation
  • Speaking practice outside sessions, such as Toastmasters
  • A level retest every three months to track progress

Questions

Communication coaching FAQ.

Is this an English course?

Not in the traditional sense. Grammar and vocabulary are covered, but inside real professional situations — your meetings, presentations and emails — rather than a textbook curriculum.

What level do I need?

B1 and above. Business English suits B1–B2 speakers; executive communication is designed for C1–C2 speakers who want more authority and impact.

Is the first session free?

Yes. The intro session is free and there’s no obligation. We look at your goals and the situations you want to handle better, and agree on a plan.

How long are packages valid?

Packages of 5 or 10 sessions stay valid for 3 months, and packages of 15, 20 or 25 sessions for 6 months — enough to use them at a steady pace, even with a busy month or a holiday in between.

Can my employer pay?

Yes. Receipts and invoices are available on request for employer reimbursement.

Where do sessions take place?

Online via Google Meet. The booking calendar shows available times in your own time zone.

Communicate with more clarity in the work you’re already doing.
