Clear communication is professional leverage.

Mark works one-to-one with technology professionals facing important professional moments: an interview, a move into a more senior role, cross-border workplace communication, or a leadership conversation that can’t be avoided.

Mark has spent more than ten years in sales operations, revenue operations, program management and consulting — at Caterpillar, Google, KPMG and Tufts University — and founded an EdTech center and a software agency. He has sat in the interviews, sales calls and executive meetings his clients now prepare for, so the coaching is grounded in how tech teams, clients and leadership actually work. The sessions are practical and personal. Rather than making every client sound the same, the work makes their own experience easier for others to understand and act on.

The approach

What makes the work different.

Built for international tech careers

Designed for professionals who work in English with global teams — often in a second or third language.

Your background is an asset

The goal isn’t to erase your accent or style. It’s to make your experience land with the people who need to hear it.

Every session has an output

A story, a script, a structure or a decision — something you use at work, not just notes.

PAR and role-play

Problem, Action, Result gives every answer and update a clear shape. Role-play makes it automatic.

The second attempt

Feedback is followed by doing it again, better — because changed behavior is the point.

Not passive

Short, practical work between sessions keeps progress moving between calls.

How we’ll work

From first call to regular sessions.

  1. Free intro call

Talk through your goal, your timeline and whether coaching is the right fit.

  2. Diagnostic & plan

The first session maps where you are and builds a plan around your goal.

  3. Regular sessions

One-to-one on Google Meet, ideally the same day and time each week.

  4. Monthly review

Progress is checked against the plan every month, and the plan is adjusted.

Bring the next important moment. We’ll prepare for it together.
