01 / The problem

The founders still close the deals

Early on, founder-led sales works. After a Series A or B, the targets go up and the founders can’t be in every call. If the way you sell lives in their heads, it doesn’t scale.

  • No clear ideal customerThe team chases every lead, and the message changes from one call to the next.
  • A sales process nobody wrote downEach person qualifies and moves deals differently, so it’s hard to coach or compare.
  • A forecast you can’t trustThe pipeline looks full, but nobody can say with confidence what will close this quarter.
  • Systems that don’t helpThe CRM is out of date, reports take hours, and information gets lost between sales and the people who deliver.
02 / Three layers

Strategy, process and systems

Predictable revenue needs all three. Fixing the CRM won’t help if the team is selling to the wrong customers, and a great message won’t help without a process behind it.

Layer 1

Strategy

Who your ideal customer is, how you position against the alternatives, and the message your whole team uses.

Layer 2

Process

Your sales process from first contact to signed deal: qualification, pipeline stages and forecasting.

Layer 3

Systems

Your CRM, reporting, handoffs between teams and the automation that keeps it all running.

03 / How it works

Diagnostic first, then we put it in place

I price each company separately, because every company starts from a different place.

  1. Diagnostic

We always start here. I look at your customers, message, sales process, pipeline and systems, and show you where revenue is getting stuck.

  2. Implementation

I help you put the changes in place, across the three layers, with your team.

  3. Ongoing support

If you want it, I keep supporting you as the team and the targets grow.

04 / Why me

I’ve worked on the sales side, and I’ve built businesses

Before coaching, I spent more than ten years in sales operations, revenue operations and consulting at Caterpillar, Google, KPMG and EY. At Google I led and coached outbound sales teams. I’ve also founded a language center, a non-profit and a software agency, so I know what it’s like to sell something you’ve built yourself.

Questions

Revenue Architecture questions

Who is it for?

Series A and B fintech and vertical SaaS companies where the founders can’t be the only ones selling anymore and the company needs revenue it can predict.

How is it priced?

I price each company separately. We always start with a diagnostic, and then agree on implementation and any ongoing support.

How is it different from business coaching?

Business coaching is one-to-one, for you as the person selling and pitching. Revenue Architecture is consulting for the company: the strategy, process and systems that let a team sell without you in every deal. See business coaching.

What language do we work in?

English. The consultation, the diagnostic and the work with your team are in English.

Can you invoice the company?

Yes. I invoice the company directly and can provide a contract.
